Physical Demands:

In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and/or hear. Able to lift/move equipment and tools weighing up to 100 pounds. Perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders; scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 50 feet, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. The employee is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl. Specific vision abilities include close vision and color vision. Must be able to effectively communicate, (i.e. see, hear, speak and write clearly) in order to communicate with employees and/or clients; manual dexterity required for frequent reaching, climbing, and lifting of moderate objects, operation of power and manual tools/equipment, and operating office equipment.'
